Black Americans Cornered Hillary, When She Opened Her Mouth To React My Jaw Dropped

The Black Lives Matter movement has been targeting politicians of both parties and has been relentless in their attempts to get what they perceive as fair. Hillary Clinton was the latest target of the movement and while we don’t fully support the violent movement, we just can’t help but love watching Clinton squirm.

These activists tried their best to point out Clinton’s inconsistencies when it came to civil rights. Ashley Williams and a friend each paid about $500 to attend the private event which had approximately 100 people present. They were smart about placing themselves in the front of the crowd to have a strategic place.

During the speech, Ashley stood facing the crowd holding a sign that pointed out what she perceived to be an inconsistency with Clinton’s record. She demanded that she apologize for Bill Clinton’s justice reforms that lead to mass incarceration of African-Americans.

Clinton addressed the protesters by saying she would answer the question, but she was clearly flustered at the question and ended up ignoring it. Ashley was interviewed by the Huffington Post shortly after everything happened and she had this to say,

“I wanted to bring her to confront her own words. We did this because we wanted to make sure that black people are paying attention to her record, and we want to know what Hillary we are getting.”

She then went on to cite 3 different specific policies that, according to her, led to the mistreatment of African-Americans in the criminal justice system:the three-strike federal sentencing program, the elimination of rehab programs for drug users and an increased pressure for building prisons.

“Hillary Clinton has a pattern of throwing the black community under the bus when it serves her politically. She called our boys ‘super-predators’ in ’96, then she raced-baited when running against Obama in ’08, now she’s a lifelong civil rights activist. I just want to know which Hillary is running for president, the one from ’96, ’08, or the new Hillary?”

She points out that Clinton changes her views to try and get votes. While we may not agree with her motivation or her stance, she raises valid questions about Hillary’s inconsistent record. Not to mention, she’s been a magnet for scandals for decades. At a certain point, the American people have to just give up on her.
