Chris Tomlin’s Rendition Of “Noel” Reminds Us What Christmas Is All About

Leading worship is no small task, but every once in a while you come across someone who allows you to really connect with the Lord through music, and it’s incredibly powerful.

Chris Tomlin has been blessed with that ability, and over the course of the last decade he has contributed immensely to contemporary Christian music with award-winning songs like “How Great Is Our God,” and “Holy Is The Lord,” and he continues to put out great music today.

With Christmas right around the corner, the Grammy winner decided to perform a cover of a timeless classic that will truly blow you away, and possibly bring tears to your eyes.

Many Christmas Eve services around the country will be playing “Noel” during worship, but not many people will get to hear it like this. Allow yourself to be swept up in this beautiful live recording of a beloved classic:

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6

God bless you all, and remember that Jesus is the reason for the season! Merry Christmas!
