POLL: Do You Support Chick-Fil-A’s Reason For Closing On Sunday?

Chick-Fil-A is one of the only fast food chains that closes on Sunday. A lot of people know why they do it but some have no idea. So here it is.

The reason Chick-fil-a closes on Sunday is to give those who follow Christ time to go to Church, They also strongly believe that family is important.

Recently the company added a statement fully explaining the reason behind the decision to their corporate website and it says the following;

Our founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose – a practice we uphold today.
